Anarchy Stocking from Panty & Stocking with Garterbelt

I'm in love with this outfit even more after I finished this costume!

The costume is made by me from scratch. The top is semi-fitted with princess seams. The front buttons are for show only. It has a button-down closure at the back because I want it to be hidden by the wig. The collar is decorated with some gorgeous venise lace trims that I found on eBay. The skirt is a simple circle skirt edged with my beloved venise lace. The hat is very fun to make. It involves some geometry calculations. The whole thing is interfaced to give it more shape.
